1. Choose Mode: Select whether to generate a recipe by ingredients or by topic.
2. Input: Enter your ingredients or a recipe topic (e.g., "cake", "lasagna").
3. Generate: Click the 'Generate Recipe' button. The AI will provide a creative recipe idea including prep time and servings.
4. Download: Use the 'Download as PDF' button to save your recipe card with vector text.
5. Save Recipes: Use the "Save Recipe" button to store your favorite recipes for later.
6. Refresh Images: Click the refresh icon on recipe images to generate a new image.
7. Image Styles: Choose from different image styles for your recipe photos.
8. Recipe Book: Export all saved recipes as a combined PDF recipe book.
Session Management
Your kitchen inventory and preferences are automatically saved between sessions. You can also manually manage your session data.
API Key Configuration
The app uses the Gemini API. While a default environment key may be provided, you can use your own key for consistency. Your key is only stored locally in your browser.
